Mission: To facilitate access to community resources for people with disabilities through the combined power of technology and experienced volunteers.
Description: Disability Navigators, Inc currently is offering the Disability Compass website, a comprehensive web-based information and referral site for people with disabilities and their families, including a respite care providers registry and a community calendar.
- Omsbudmen services, still in development, will offer individual advocacy and support services for people with disabilities.
Our vision: by 2008, Oregonians with disabilities and their families will have access to independent ombudsman supports, web-based specialized disability information and referral service, and a statewide toll-free phone number to provide immediate assistance with individual problem solving.
