Description: Support Services Brokerage for Adults with Developmental Disabilities, formerly known as Self-Directed Support Services for Adults, offering services as established under the Staley Lawsuit Settlement.
Employs staff (Personal Agents) who assist enrolled individuals by developing an individualized support plan, obtaining available resources as necessary to implement the support plan, selecting people or organizations to provide specific support services, and monitoring and evaluating the outcomes of delivered services.
